Service Contract

New for 2017 we are offering a yearly option to cover your support needs.

Ever wish you had someone to call when you had a question?

Seeing something strange on your screen and not sure what it is?

With our new contract for home users you will have access to us to answer these question.  The plan includes:

  • Free access to seminars hosted at Total Tech Solutions(fee normally applies)
  • Unlimited phone calls for the year*
  • 6 hours of remote support**
*time on phone calls may be limited if we are unable to work through the issue we may ask you to bring it in or have a technician come out to you which is not covered by this contract.
 ** time on remote may be limited if we are unable to connect due to network issues or able to  work through the issue we may ask you to bring it in or have a technician come out to you which is not covered by this contract.

The cost for the plan is $300 per year if you pay monthly($25 per month) or take advantage of the yearly plan for a reduced $250 billed annually.

This option isn’t for everyone but is a nice option for anyone who wants peace of mind that they have someone they trust to call and answer any of the technology related questions.

For those that have questions but are not enrolled in an active service plan, you can still call us but be prepared to pay a fee for the call.
