We can help you learn how to properly use your technology and softwares or assist with minor issues during usage. We can do this at our shop, in your home, over the phone, or remotely. Rates for support and training are the same as the service rates listed at the bottom of this page.
On-site computer repair – $75/hr (we charge in 30 minute increments)
Have a computer problem and don’t want to move your computer? Don’t disturb sensitive network connections and puzzle over which wire was plugged where – call us for fast and reliable on-site service. We can quickly diagnose and repair problems to get you back to business as seamlessly as possible.
*No travel fees within 10 miles of our Gettysburg location. If your location is outside the 10 mile radius a travel fee may apply.

TTS Managed Care Antivirus (BitDefender)
This antivirus is maintained and monitored by the staff here at TTS. This means that we can resolve most questions and concerns without the hassle of calling a large company and waiting in line. This is billed out at $30 each year per computer.
TTS RandsomWare Protection
We also offer an optional new anti-virus add-on that includes protection from ransomware attacks. This is an additional $30 each year per computer.
TTS Hosted Email Solutions
This service is now available here starting $6.25 per month per email for your home or business. Call for more info.
TTS Backup Solutions – A backup solution that is monitored by the staff here at TTS. We will take the guess work out of your backup. Visit our Cloud Services page HERE to learn more.

Seeing something strange on your screen and not sure what it is?
With our contract for home users you will have access to us to answer these question. The plan includes:
- Up to 6 hours of phone support calls*
- Up to 6 hours of remote support sessions**
- Free access to any seminars hosted at Total Tech Solutions (fee normally applies)
*time on phone calls may be limited if we are unable to work through the issue we may ask you to bring it in or have a technician come out to you which is not covered by this contract.
** time on remote may be limited if we are unable to connect due to network issues or able to work through the issue we may ask you to bring it in or have a technician come out to you which is not covered by this contract.
The cost for the plan is $250 per year. The cost will be prorated if it is acquired after January 31st. The value of this plan if used to the maximum number of hours is $720.
This option isn’t for everyone but is a nice option for anyone who wants peace of mind that they have someone they trust to call and answer any of the technology related questions.
For those that have questions but are not enrolled in an active service plan, you can still call us but be prepared to pay a fee for the call.
