Total Tech is using a new remote control software.
You have been invited to Total Techs remote application that will allow a remote operator to securely access your computer including the desktop and files. Only follow the instructions below if this invitation was expected and you know who will be accessing your computer. By installing this application, you grant Total Tech the permission to remotely access and control your computer. This includes the ability to perform diagnostics, troubleshoot technical issues, and make any necessary changes to your system configuration. Please note that you are giving Total Tech full control over your computer and its functions, and that you take full responsibility for any potential risks associated with this access. Select your operating system and follow the instructions below for installation.

You may be asked by a Total Tech representative for permission to remotely control your computer so that we can resolve your issue quickly and efficiently. Always remember that remote access should ONLY be given to YOUR computer technician that YOU have requested to resolve your issue. We will NEVER have another company call you on our behalf and we will never request remote access through your computer or email. We will always walk you through this access by phone after you have submitted a ticket.
