Seeing something strange on your screen and not sure what it is?
With our contract for home users you will have access to us to answer these question. The plan includes:
- Up to 6 hours of phone support calls*
- Up to 6 hours of remote support sessions**
- Free access to any seminars hosted at Total Tech Solutions (fee normally applies)
*time on phone calls may be limited if we are unable to work through the issue we may ask you to bring it in or have a technician come out to you which is not covered by this contract.
** time on remote may be limited if we are unable to connect due to network issues or able to work through the issue we may ask you to bring it in or have a technician come out to you which is not covered by this contract.
The cost for the plan is $250 per year. The cost will be prorated if it is acquired after January 31st. The value of this plan if used to the maximum number of hours is $720.
This option isn’t for everyone but is a nice option for anyone who wants peace of mind that they have someone they trust to call and answer any of the technology related questions.
For those that have questions but are not enrolled in an active service plan, you can still call us but be prepared to pay a fee for the call.
